Hello, Backers of 2451 Towels,
It's almost been a year since the first Towel from us. We tried alot. Bamboo, Cotton, Embodories by aritisans, aggressive pricing, and more. We tried, but some really loved the emboderies; some did not. Some found the benefits of the half bamboo and half cotton design; some did not. We decided to keep things simple, focusing on the core values of towel, itself. Click here to see the new project by the 2451 house: click here.
1. Absorbent
We now source from Fairly Traded Locally Sourced materials, whiling keeping its core function in tact: absorbency. With much improved texitle structure, the 2451 towels of 2019 now come featured with the perfect spearation of bamboo and cotton fibers. Cotton side and bamboo sides are completely opposite to one another.
2. Anti-Microbial - this function applies to old version and the new.
We conducted a fun experiment. The same amounts of fungus were added to each sample and then incubated at 37C/98F for 10 days, mimicking the every-day home environment. As seen in the photo above, fungal growth can be seen on the regular towel. In contrast, hardly any fungus were seen on the 2451 bamboo towel. Its natural antibacterial and anti-fungal properties stops the progress of fungus.

I have seen some comments, regarding shipping still. Please check your survey on Kickstarter's backer menu to see if it's filled out. I found out that most of backerks who did not get the items are the ones with no shipping information :(

How to make the process faster...
It's easier for us if we have reached $20,000 to meet the minimum order quantity, as the fabric batch/roll needs to be purchased in bunch. Since we need 2 batches- one for cotton, the other for bamboo, we need your extra help to spread out the words for us.
